Your first delivery.pk order in 5 steps
Whether on the app or the website, ordering takes under 2 minutes. Here is the full walkthrough.
Step 1 — Sign up
- Open delivery.pk or the mobile app
- Tap Sign up, enter your mobile number
- Verify with the 4-digit SMS code (arrives in 10 seconds)
Step 2 — Set your delivery address
- Allow location, or type your address manually
- Pin-drop the exact gate / shop on the map
- Add a landmark + floor + flat number
- Save it as Home, Work or Other
Step 3 — Browse & add to cart
- Tap a category (fruits, dairy, flowers, gifts…)
- Tap “+” to add items — the cart bar updates live at the bottom
- See the free-delivery progress bar (free above Rs 1,500)
- Use the search bar for specific brands
Step 4 — Checkout & pay
- Tap Checkout
- Pick a time slot: ASAP (30 min) or scheduled
- Choose payment: Cash, Card, JazzCash, Easypaisa
- Confirm
Step 5 — Track your rider
- Live map shows rider location
- Get SMS + push notifications at every step
- Rate the rider after delivery — your tip goes 100% to them
